Quinoa salad : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

Ingredients
Quinoa Pre-washed 1/2 cup
Water 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Lime juice 1 tsp
Green onion 1 chopped
Baby Carrot 4-5 Diced
Celery sticks 1 chopped
Olive oil 1 tsp
Almond soaked & peeled 5-6
Golden Raisins 4-5

Cooking Instructions
In a pot add quinoa & water.once it boiled,cover with lid.Turn heat to low.quinoa takes 10-15 min.once it cooked & fluffy.
Leave it for 5 min more.
After 5 min open lid adding olive oil ,salt ,lime juice & black pepper,all veggies almond & raisins.mix it properly
Serve in bowl.
